The following names, logos, taglines, and certification levels are trademarks of RideBeacon, Inc. Trademark registrations are in progress. Until registrations are officially granted, RideBeacon, Inc. uses the ™ symbol to assert common-law rights. The ® symbol is not used on any mark prior to registration.

| Community Rider™ | Short form of Certified Community Rider™. |
| Registered Rider™ | Wording shown on the Public Beacon badge identifying a registered RideBeacon™ rider. |
| RideBeacon Intervention Course™ | Refresher course assigned after eligible violations. |
| Helping Create Safer Riders™ | Brand tagline. |
Permitted reference use
Third parties may refer to RideBeacon™ products and certification tiers by their proper names solely to identify RideBeacon, Inc. offerings (nominative fair use), provided the marks are not altered, combined into a third-party brand, or used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist.
Do not remove or obscure the ™ symbol. Do not use the marks in domain names, product names, social media handles, or merchandise without prior written permission from RideBeacon, Inc.
